![]() I could not find anything to do in HP Smart to help me. I have both HP Smart and the HP Scan Doctor on my cpu. When the link fails the scan stops or will not start, and the MFP may reinitialize its self, or just freeze. I am able to scan as long as the communication link is maintained. When printing from the Web with MS Edge, I sometime get a “did not connect message” I now make this to be the same problem. I am able to print from Works and Foxit Reader (PDF) without a problem.
